Assessment + Home Workout package

Service Description

This package begins with an assessment of your current level and abilities. We will work together to set reachable goals for the next 6 weeks. I will then provide home workouts that you can perform at your own pace and convenience. But don't worry, I will be available to answer questions, challenge you to progress, and cheer you on! After 6 weeks, we will meet again and re-evaluate. If you desire more home workouts tailored to your needs, check out my "Individualized Home Workouts" package for $20 per week. They are always prepared fresh, for you only!
